Two Skys Terms of Service
Effective as of 7 October 2026.
We keep this simple because we are simple people.
A Two Skys account lets you save your game records, compete in competitions, and carry your progress across any Two Skys title. These terms cover what you can expect from us and what we ask of you.
Our commitment
We will never sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for any reason.
Your account
You can create a Two Skys account using an email address and password, by signing in with Google, or by signing in with Apple. One account covers all Two Skys games. You do not need to register separately for each title.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us and we will help.
Eligibility
You must be 13 or older to create a Two Skys account. Some competitions have additional eligibility rules, including country restrictions, which are set out on each competition’s official rules page.
Your display name
When you create an account you will choose a display name. This is the name other players see. Display names must be unique and must not contain offensive or prohibited words. We reserve the right to change or remove a display name that violates this.
Purchases and unlocks
Some Two Skys games may offer purchases or unlocks. Where they do, the terms for that purchase or unlock are shown in the game or on the relevant page before you buy or claim it.
The TouchDown competition has no purchases. Lifetime unlocks offered through a competition are claimed as described in that competition’s official rules. They are limited, apply to a specific game version, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value. We may end or change an offer in line with its rules.
What we store
We store your email address, display name, sign-up time, any partner code you enter, unlock records, and in-game records such as your best score or completion time. For competition purposes we also record the IP address at the time of a qualifying result. This data exists to run and verify competitions and is never used for any other purpose.

Fair play
One person, one account. Operating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in any Two Skys competition is not permitted and may result in disqualification. Competition-specific rules are detailed on each competition page.
Google and Apple sign-in
If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, your account email is used to create and identify your Two Skys account. We do not receive your Google or Apple password, or any data beyond the information those services share with us for sign-in.
Deleting your account
You can request deletion of your Two Skys account at any time. This will permanently remove your account, display name, and all associated game records. Contact us and we will handle it promptly.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms we will post the new version here with a revised effective date. Continued use of your Two Skys account after that date means you accept the updated terms.
