Two Skys – Terms of Service

We keep this simple because we are simple people.
A Two Skys account lets you save your game records, compete on leaderboards, and carry your progress across any Two Skys title. These terms cover what you can expect from us and what we ask of you.
Our commitment
We will never sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for any reason.
Your account
You can create a Two Skys account using an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. One account covers all Two Skys games — you do not need to register separately for each title.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us and we will help.
Your display name
When you create an account you will choose a display name. This is the name other players see. Display names must be unique and must not contain offensive or prohibited words. We reserve the right to change or remove a display name that violates this.
What we store
We store your email address, display name, and in-game records such as your best score or completion time. For competition purposes we also record a device identifier and the IP address at the time of a qualifying result. This data exists solely to verify competition integrity and is never used for any other purpose.

Fair play
One person, one account. Operating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in any Two Skys competition is not permitted and may result in disqualification. Competition-specific rules are detailed on each competition page.
Google Sign-In
If you choose to sign in with Google, your Google account email is used to create and identify your Two Skys account. We do not receive your Google password or any data beyond your email address.
Deleting your account
You can request deletion of your Two Skys account at any time. This will permanently remove your account, display name, and all associated game records. Contact us and we will handle it promptly.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms we will post the new version here with a revised effective date. Continued use of your Two Skys account after that date means you accept the updated terms.
